Find Your Way Back to Yourself
Therapy With Meadow | El Cerrito, CA
Something brought you here. Maybe you've been struggling for a while and you're finally ready to do something about it. Maybe things look fine from the outside, but inside you feel disconnected — from yourself, from your partner, from the life you thought you'd be living by now. Maybe you're in the middle of something hard and you don't want to face it alone.
Whatever brought you here: you are ready. And that readiness — even if it's fragile, even if it's mixed with doubt — is the most important first step.
I'm Meadow Linder, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist practicing in El Cerrito, California. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, and trauma, and with couples who are longing to feel close again. My approach is warm, collaborative, and deeply curious — grounded in body-centered and relational therapies including IFS, Somatic Psychotherapy, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, and EFT.
I don't believe anyone is broken. I do believe that most of us are carrying more than we should have to carry alone — old wounds, difficult patterns, the weight of relationships that have drifted from where we want them to be. Therapy is a place to set some of that down, understand it, and begin to move differently.
I see clients in person in the East Bay and virtually throughout California. If you're wondering whether this might be the right fit, I invite you to reach out for a free 20-minute consultation. No commitment, no pressure — just a conversation.
You don't have to have it all figured out to begin. Curiosity and a desire for something different are enough.
